To extend the life and service of your product, please machine wash your products in cold water, gentle cycle. Hang dry for best results. Many of our fabrics are custom dyed for us. Some bleeding of colors may occur, especially in the first wash. Be sure to wash your product with like colors.
Ordering Policy. After you place your order with Corcel we will send you confirmation and ask that you
confirm your order as correct. This will eliminate any errors in your orders.
Return Policy. Corcel products are customized to your requirements. We will accept returns only if on a defective product, or if we failed to fill your order correctly. Any returned item must be unused.
Shipping Damage. If your product is damaged in shipping, please keep a copy of your shipping documents, and file a claim for damages with the shipping company. Your shipment has been insured, so the shipping company is responsible for any damage during shipping.
Repairs and Alterations: We can repair or alter your product in many cases. Contact us for details. Products sent for repair or alteration must be washed according to the care instructions.
Terms of Sale: In order to keep our prices low, Corcel requests payment at the time you place your orders. If we choose to process your order without prior payment, we will charge you a 5% additional charge. We expect payment before your order is shipped. A 1.5% per month late payment fee will be charged on any past due invoices.
Shipping: Shipping and handling fees are added to all orders. Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped either USPS or UPS ground.

Fabrics and Materials: We pride ourselves on finding top quality fabrics and materials for our products.
Unfortunately, we don't have much control over the dying of fabrics. Fabrics from different dye lots may differ. We may not be able to match exactly the color of your favorite older sheets or drapes, in part because washing, age, and exposure to sunlight change fabric and material colors.
Embroidery: Basic embroidery fee is $3.00 per letter (2 to 3 inch tall). Call for pricing on longer names, logos, and other special embroidery. Corcel can custom embroider other products as well. Call for details.
LIMITED WARRANTY. We hope you are satisfied with your Corcel product. If you are not, please contact us with your concerns or comments.
Defective Products. Corcel is committed to quality. If you discover defects in materials or workmanship in your products within six months after the date of purchase, Corcel will repair or replace the product. In the rare case of a defective product, call our office. If you want to return a defective product, wash it following the care instructions, and return it to us.
Exclusions. Corcel cannot warrant your product in the case of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, intentional damage, modification, improper use or storage, or any damage other than defects in materials or workmanship.
