CARE OF YOUR CORCEL PRODUCTS
To extend the life and service of your product, please machine wash your products in cold water, and hang dry. 
Our fabrics are non-flammable, so you may dry them in the dryer on low if you wish, although some shrinkage on the webbing may occur. 
Many of our fabrics are custom dyed for us. Some bleeding of colors may occur, especially in the first wash.   Be sure to wash your product with like colors.


LIMITED WARRANTY.  We hope you are satisfied with your Corcel product.  If you are not, please contact us with your concerns or comments.

Defective Products.  Corcel is committed to quality.  If your products have defects in materials or workmanship for a period of six months after date of purchase, Corcel will repair or replace the product.  In the rare case of a defective product, call our office.  If you wish to return a defective product, wash it following the care instructions, and return it to us. 

Exclusions.  Corcel cannot warrant your product in the case of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, intentional damage, modification, improper use or storage, or any damage other than defects in materials or workmanship. 

Return Policy.  Corcel’s products are customized to your requirements.  We will accept returns only of defective products, or if we did not fill your custom order accurately.

Shipping Damage.  If your product is damaged in shipping, please keep a copy of your shipping documents, and file a claim for damages with the shipping company.  Your shipment has been insured, so the shipping company is responsible for any damage during shipping.

Repairs and Alterations:  We can repair or alter your product in many cases. Contact us for details.

Pricing:  Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Fabrics and Materials:  We pride ourselves on finding top quality fabrics and materials for our products. Unfortunately, we can't control the manufacturing and dying of fabrics and materials.  Fabrics from different dye lots may differ.  Laminates on trunks and boxs may also differ.  We may not be able to match exactly the color of your favorite older sheets,stall drapes, or other proudcts, in part becuase washing, age, and exposure to sunlight change can alter material colors.  Some of our products use natural wood.  Wood is a natural product, so we may not be able to match the grains and colors, and various  woods will take stains and finishes differently. 

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
